Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a strong security presence to deter theft and unauthorized access.
- Conduct regular patrols of the store premises to ensure safety and compliance.
- Respond swiftly and effectively to any incidents or emergencies.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and visitors.
- Maintain accurate incident reports and communicate with management as needed.
Requirements:
- Valid California Guard Card: Active certification required.
- Armed Permits: Must have valid permits for carrying a firearm.
- Reliable Transportation: A dependable vehicle for commuting is necessary.
- Weekend Availability: Must be available to work weekends as scheduled.
- Professional Appearance: Maintain a polished, well-groomed image.
- Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
